Highline needed to double its outpatient capacity without closing the doors on the patients it already had. We phased the 42,000 sq ft fit-out floor by floor, worked nights and weekends behind full ICRA infection-control containment, and coordinated every mechanical and medical-gas run in the model to avoid clashes above the ceiling. The clinic never closed for a single day, and the new wing opened fully commissioned and inspected.
