A fast-growing software company needed a signature campus in Denver's River North district — and a hard opening date tied to a lease expiry. We ran it design-build, self-performed the cast-in-place concrete to own the critical path, and coordinated the entire MEP scope in the model before a single duct was hung. Five stories, 140,000 square feet, delivered to a guaranteed maximum price we held to within half a percent — and handed over on the exact date on the original schedule.
